| Company | Your signed in account workspace. Billing and portfolios live here. |
| Portfolio | A named workspace under your company (for example a location). Owns phone, SMS compliance, and voice trunk settings. |
| Agent / Assistant | The conversational bot that answers customers on enabled channels. |
| Lead Generator | An agent type focused on capturing and qualifying contact info. |
| Automation | Keyword triggered Meta comment/DM workflows (listed under Automations). |
| Knowledge base | Uploaded or scraped content libraries linked to agents. |
| Channels | Surfaces the agent can reply on: IG/FB DM & comments, SMS, missed call reply, voice, web chat. |
| Connections | OAuth link of Meta (Instagram / Facebook Page) accounts. |
| Engagement | Unified inbox for monitoring threads across channels. |
| Lab | Workspace tools: web chat publish/embed, voice publish, test SMS, and more. |
