SYNOPSIS

stronos connect social

DESCRIPTION

Connect Meta accounts so agents can reply to DMs and comments.

1. Open Connections (/dashboard/connections).
2. Choose Connect both (Page + Instagram), Facebook, and/or Instagram.
3. Complete Meta OAuth and grant the requested Page and messaging permissions.
4. Confirm the connected Page and Instagram accounts appear in Connections.
5. In your agent Channels step, enable Instagram/Facebook DM and comments and select the connected accounts.

After connecting, monitor threads in Engagement. Use Automations for keyword comment/DM workflows.
