SYNOPSIS

stronos connect social

DESCRIPTION

Connect Instagram and Facebook so agents can reply to DMs and comments.

1. Open Connections (/dashboard/connections).
2. Choose Connect both (Page + Instagram), Facebook, and/or Instagram.
3. Complete the Instagram and Facebook connect flow and grant the requested Page and messaging permissions.
4. Confirm the connected Page and Instagram accounts appear in Connections.
5. In your agent Channels step, enable Instagram/Facebook DM and comments and select the connected accounts.

After connecting, monitor threads in Engagement. Use Automations for keyword comment/DM workflows.
