Get a business number for SMS and/or voice on the active portfolio.

  1. Open Phone numbers or Buy a number.
  2. Claim an included free number from Texting or Voice plans, or purchase an additional number.
  3. Confirm the number is listed on the active portfolio.
  4. Assign the number on the agent Channels step when enabling SMS or voice.
