DESCRIPTION

Publish an embeddable chat (and optional browser voice) on your site.

1. Create an Assistant and add knowledge.
2. Enable Web Chat on the agent Channels step.
3. Open Lab (/workspace/lab) or Page Creator to generate a page and copy the embed.
4. Paste the embed on your website.
5. Optional: subscribe to Web Chat Voice and enable browser voice in Labs.

Web Chat is free with included usage credit. The same agent brain powers chat and your other channels when those products are enabled.
