DESCRIPTION

This tutorial walks you from a new account to a working AI assistant on social, SMS, voice, or web chat.

Stronos AI puts one on brand assistant on Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments, business SMS (including missed call text back), inbound voice, and website chat. The assistant is trained on your knowledge base and can hand off to a human when needed.

Recommended path

  1. Create an account and choose your products (plans).
  2. Complete Stripe checkout (Social includes a 3 day free trial).
  3. Follow the in app guided setup for the products you bought.
  4. Create an agent and run the Set up guide.
  5. Connect channels (social, phone, web chat) and add knowledge.
  6. Monitor conversations in Engagement.

What to open first

  • Social Inbox AI → Connections, then create an agent.
  • Smart Texting → Phone numbers and Business compliance, then create an agent.
  • AI Voice Receptionist → Phone numbers, then create a voice ready agent.
  • Web Chat → Create an agent, enable Web Chat, publish from Lab.

In app guided setup

After signup, open Help → Guided setup (or replay the tutorial) for a short walkthrough tailored to your active products. That overlay highlights the exact buttons to click in the app.
