2. Claim or buy a phone number.
3. Create an agent and open the Voice step in the wizard (or Lab voice tools).
4. Configure greeting, voice style, and publish the Retell voice agent.
5. Bind the number / SIP trunk settings for the portfolio.
6. Place a test call; review summaries and transcripts in Engagement.
