DESCRIPTION

Portfolios separate phone, compliance, and channel settings per location or brand.

Every company starts with a default portfolio (often named “My Portfolio”). Use the portfolio switcher in the app shell to change the active portfolio or add another.

What a portfolio owns

• Twilio subaccount and messaging settings
• Trust Hub secondary customer profile and A2P brand data
• Phone numbers claimed or purchased for that portfolio
• Retell SIP trunk fields used for voice
