DESCRIPTION

Portfolios separate phone, compliance, and channel settings per location or brand.

Every company starts with a default portfolio (often named “My Portfolio”). Use the portfolio switcher in the app shell to change the active portfolio or add another.

What a portfolio owns

• Phone and messaging settings
• Business verification and messaging brand registration
• Phone numbers claimed or purchased for that portfolio
• Voice routing settings used for phone calls
